Lophophora Decipiens Peyote
It is always exciting to learn about new psychedelic cactus breeds. Unique subtleties are always appreciated in the mescaline netherworld. Lophophora Decipiens Peyote is currently recognised a distinct species of peyote cactus rather than a variant of williamsii.
Lophophora decipiens is difficult to locate in its native territory of Torreon and El Ampero in the Mexican state of Coahuila. Growing this species at home offers two benefits. It helps to save a fragile species while also providing countless insights for the astute psychonaut.
Lophophora Decipiens Peyote
This species is greater in every way than typical peyote. The cactus bodies are bigger and growing quicker. White, pink, or magenta flowers are also bigger and have more robust petals. For faster development, they may be readily grafted onto more vigorous growing species such as Trichocerus.
Seeds germinate quickly and produce a large number of offsets, which bloom with spectacular seasonal blooms. One in a thousand will be light green with white blooms and a delicate pink line along each petal. If sterile seeds are to be avoided, cross-pollination with another decipiens is required.
