Peyote 3-cluster (Lophophora Williamsii)
Peyote 3-cluster (Lophophora Williamsii), also known as Peyotl, is a holy cactus utilised by indigenous communities in Northern Mexico and the Southwestern United States for millennia. Spanish invaders prohibited its usage in the 16th century, and it has since become an endangered species owing to overharvesting and a lack of natural habitat. Fortunately, this psychotropic cactus survived and is now widely accessible! This is a group of three peyotes, each with a diameter of 2-3cm.
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS
Peyote 3-cluster (Lophophora Williamsii) contains around 50 alkaloids, but the most active, as far as science is aware, is the powerful entheogen mescaline. Fresh cactus contains around 0.4% mescaline; when dried, plant tissue has about 3-6%.
DOSAGE
More is less! Begin with a modest dosage and gradually increase it till you are happy with the results. A medium to strong dosage is often 200-600mg. To be more specific, 5mg per kg body weight will result in a positive spiritual experience. This equates to 350mg for a 70kg individual.
Peyote 3-cluster (Lophophora Williamsii)
Peyote 3-cluster (Lophophora Williamsii) produces an incredibly intense sensation and should therefore be used only in a safe setting. If this is your first time, having an experienced psychonaut at your side is always a good idea.
Peyote flesh has a highly bitter taste and is known to cause nausea before any psychoactivity is detected. Before the journey, most (if not all) individuals will empty their stomachs. Eat nothing for at least 6 hours before taking this Mother Nature’s gift; this will allow you to absorb more of the mescaline before your stomach rolls over.
