Super Pedro – 4 Ribs (Echinopsis Scopulicola)

Super Pedro, also known as Super Pedro 4 Ribs (Echinopsis Scopulicola), is a fast-growing cactus endemic to South America’s Andes Mountain area. It grows in elevations between 2,000 and 3,000 metres above sea level in Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, and Peru, although it may also be grown in other parts of the globe. Four-ribbed Super Pedro cactus are exceedingly unusual, with only ancient types producing so few ribs.

Healthy and mature The Super Pedro cactus has gorgeous, big white blooms that emerge at night and remain for 2–3 days. They also have high amounts of several alkaloids, the most well-known of which is mescaline.
